FREE IEP and 504 Consultations

Inclusion Matters in partnership with the East Bridgewater SEPAC is offering 30-minute consultations to caregivers who pre-register for them. The consultations are free to all families.

Consultations will be offered via Zoom. A consultant will meet one-on-one in a private breakout room with the caregiver(s). The meetings are confidential and will not be recorded nor attended by anyone other than the consultant and the caregiver(s).

Caregiver(s) will have 30 minutes to ask questions, seek advice, and learn to better understand their child's IEP or 504 Plan. Caregiver(s) can choose to share their IEP or 504 Plan with the consultant ahead of time (using this form to do so) and/or to share their questions/concerns with their consultant ahead of time. 

Consultants are special educators from outside the East and West Bridgewater school districts, special education advocates, and/or professors of special education. Consultants will be randomly assigned to caregivers; caregivers may not…
