April is Autism Awareness month. As the saying goes, "if you've met one autistic, you've...met ONE autistic." Our panel will explain the strong, beautiful diversity of autistics and increase your understanding of ASD.
Parents of kids with ASD aren't always aware of the work adult autistics are doing to further the inclusion of autistics. And sometimes parents of kids with ASD are out-of-step with this work when they can--and should be--partners and allies.
Join us and learn to embrace the autistic community and to create on-ramps for your child--and your family--to be advocates of autistics.
